Curiosity has always been my compass. I ask questions that spark reflection, challenge assumptions, and uncover new possibilities. My own path hasn’t followed a straight line. It’s been shaped by pivots, exploration, and continuous growth. Through it all, I’ve learned that real change begins with one clear step and the courage to take it.
Through coaching we will create space for reflection, experimentation, and growth. The process is grounded in curiosity, fueled by action, and rooted in the belief that meaningful transformation is always possible.
Before becoming a coach, I led program and project management efforts and supported digital transformation initiatives across Fortune 100 companies. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals and teams gain clarity, build momentum, and navigate complex change.
